Was founded in 1976 by Dilaver CANÜZMEZ in İzmir. The company, which in first years of its operating was on heavy construction equipment and automotive, recently has secured its position manufacturing mechanical spare parts, private machines, measuring apparatus and fixtures on high precision since 2000 by the taking over the management by Ali Cenk Canüzmez.
